• Maintaining the company standards thorough out the process.
• Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets.
• Support quality checks and ensure all calls follow company guidelines and legal/regulatory requirements (e.g., FDCPA, RBI, etc.).
• Act as the subject matter expert for collection policies, procedures, and systems , guiding the team with accurate and updated information
• Handle escalated cases, resolve complex issues, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives across the department.
