Worked in the area of vehicle build, performance evaluation of vehicles

Recognized as a hands-on productive professional who can rapidly identify problems, formulate tactical plans, initiate change and implement effective program in challenging and diverse environments.
Preparing test reports for test completed vehicles with proper life data
Handling diagnostic tool for logging fault code and concern resolution with support of engine team.
Exposure and executing climatic trial at Western Ghats.
Performed general vehicle maintenance & repair.
Preparation of vehicle for the tests.
Vehicle general checkup & rectification.
Required material availability to be check & issue from store.
Managing shop technicians and drivers and allotting the work as defined.
Providing trainings to Technicians and drivers.
Operator leave management.
Having knowledge about pressure sensors and temperature sensors also its installation on different parts of vehicle.
Acquired knowledge of vehicle build standards & procedure.
Identification of BOM (Bill of Material) Report preparation & Torque integrity report preparation.
Unique parts & carry over parts identification as per BOM, Unique parts weighment report preparation
Vehicle CBC weighment & Vehicle laden & Unladen weighment report preparation
Work with design team and problem resolution.
Prepares Weekly & Monthly MIS reports.
Extending support to Vehicle Integration, NVH, Homologation, Benchmarking departments.
Fault finding & doing diagnosis issues on vehicles.
Reviewing the Project progress, suggestions & reporting to senior management.
Responsible for activities in R&D workshop.
