Quality:

• Monitored, inspected, and tested parts to ensure that they are meeting their required specifications.
• Providing guidelines to production department on the implementation of assurance, process controls and
• CAPA system to ensure that internal and external requirements are met.
• Maintain process according to control plan to meet customer requirements.
• Making and Maintaining SOP (standard operating procedure) on the line.
• Preparing the quality alert for all new issues raised internal & external.
• Doing analysis for removing the waste of the Process.
• Preparing & presenting the PPT's.
• Work Instructions preparation.
• Troubleshooting problems at internally as well as customer end using 7 QC tools.
• Analysis customer line rejection.
• Interact with customer.
• Daily monitoring of supplies to meet customer requirements.
• First piece inspection and in process sheet of the product.
