Conducted incoming quality inspection of raw materials, including aluminum ingots and other production

materials.

Performed X-ray inspection using Bosello Thunder3 to identify internal casting defects.

Interpreted engineering drawings and applied GD&T principles during inspection activities.

Prepared inspection reports, rejection analysis, RBA reports, and daily quality documentation using Microsoft

Excel.

Implemented and monitored SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), and Control Plans.

Participated in shop floor audits, 5S implementation, Poka-Yoke verification, and process improvement

initiatives.

Quenching, and Artificial Aging (T6).
