efficiently and to the required standards

 Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are

followed.

 Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution; resolve issues in a professional & expedient

manner

 Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs

for thoroughness and quality.

 Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines

 Monitors the maintenance of Bays, Compressors, Pneumatic Tools, paint booths, frame straightening equipment,

fixed assets to ensure long-term usage and value as per the MSIL guidelines.

 Coordinating with TSM for Performance and Growth of the dealership.

 Coordination with Service Advisors to achieve PMS, RR, FS Service Target.

 Develops and implements a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business.

 Monitors the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems and surveys.

 Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the shop, its

personnel or customers.

 Proven experience of Claims intimation, preparing estimate, conduct surveys,taking approval and eximine the

body repair with standard procedure and and inspect all parameters before delivery with the proper insurance

liability .

 Direct the maintenance of shop cleanliness and appearance in accordance with company housekeeping policies

and management directives

 Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
