Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development- Primary Sales
- Drive revenue and volume growth for the branch in line with regional targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities through channel expansion, mechanics connect programs.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) and support staff.
- Monitor field performance and provide regular coaching and performance reviews.
- Drive team capability building through on-the-job training and mentoring.
3. Channel Management
- Ensure proper onboarding, retention, and performance management of distributors and retailers.
- Regularly visit key channel partners and resolve escalations proactively.
- Monitor secondary sales and stock movement at the distributor level.
4. Customer Engagement & Service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanics, retailers, and key influencers.
- Organize and participate in mechanic meets, garage visits, and loyalty programs.
- Act as a key escalation point for customer grievances in the region.
5. Operations & Compliance
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, schemes, and pricing structures.
- Manage branch budget, claims, and administrative functions.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Submit timely MIS reports – sales, collection, outstanding, market feedback.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
