Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Serve as an advisor to staff and management, resolving workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters promptly
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and update employee handbooks as needed.
- Performance & Training: Assist with performance review cycles and organize employee training or engagement initiatives.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including offer letters, background checks, document collection, and orientation scheduling.
- Oversee offboarding procedures, exit interviews, asset recovery, and accurate final settlements.
- Maintain physical and digital employee records, ensuring utmost confidentiality and data integrity
- Facilitation & Delivery: Lead training sessions, or webinars, and coordinate with external expert trainers.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee training budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: [1-3 ] years of hands-on experience in HR operations, administration, or generalist roles.
