CARS24 Quality Inspector (Field Service)
About the Role As a Quality Inspector at CARS24, you will resolve post-sale vehicle concerns by visiting customers at their location, inspecting the vehicle, identifying the root cause of the issue, and deciding the best course of action. Minor issues should be resolved on-site whenever possible. For major repairs, you will coordinate vehicle movement to the CARS24 yard or an authorised vendor, ensure repairs meet quality standards, and deliver the vehicle back to the customer's doorstep.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit customers whenever a complaint or service ticket is raised.
• Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues accurately.
• Carry out minor repairs at the customer's location whenever feasible.
• Coordinate vehicle movement to the yard or authorised vendor for major repairs. • Monitor repairs and perform a final quality check before handover.
• Deliver the repaired vehicle back to the customer's doorstep.
• Maintain clear communication and provide an excellent customer experience. Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in the automobile industry (inspection, service, repair, or workshop operations).
• Two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.
• Must possess a valid 4-wheeler Driving Licence (LMV).
• Must know how to drive cars confidently and be comfortable driving different vehicle models.
• Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and basic mechanical systems.
• Strong customer handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned city. Delivering quality service. Building customer trust.
