Required Education and Experience:
Any graduate with 5-12 years of experience specifically with inventory management.
Job Role:
* Roaster planning for warehouse and Last Mile Delivery (LMD).
* Inventory accuracy, damage, and shrinkage control.
* Store replenishment planning and execution to achieve sales targets.
* Planning and execution of on-time picking, stacking, and delivery.
* Ensuring store hygiene and minimizing customer concerns.
* Implementing FIFO/LIFO (First-In, First-Out/Last-In, First-Out) principles.
* Managing last-mile operations and executing sales performance goals to increase profitability.
* Inventory management and assessment of store employee productivity and performance.
* Team handling, maintaining an orderly and presentable appearance of the store.
