JOB DESCRIPTION 

Role: Senior Sales Associate 
Location: Pan India

Reporting To: Store Manager Employment

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years 

Position Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Senior Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional personality. The individual will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving store sales and supporting daily store operations. 

Key Responsibilities 
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable eyewear products. 
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently. 
• Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories. 
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and after-sales services. 
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. 
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS transactions. 
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation. 
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits. 
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. 
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving operational and business goals. 
• Mentor junior sales associates and contribute to a positive team environment. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, Luxury Retail, Fashion Retail, Optical Retail, or a similar customer-facing role.Skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong customer service orientation. 
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude. 
• Professional appearance and well-groomed personality. 
• Presentable, confident, and energetic. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. 
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 
• Basic computer and billing system knowledge. 

Preferred Qualifications 
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 
• Experience in optical retail, lifestyle, fashion, electronics, or premium retail brands will be an added advantage.
