Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Cyber Security to
strengthen and safeguard the organization’s digital ecosystem. The role will be responsible for
implementing, monitoring, and enhancing cyber security controls across infrastructure,
applications, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands on experience in cyber
security operations, and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate security risks in a fast
paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the organization’s cyber security posture across IT and digital
platforms
• Implement and maintain security solutions including firewalls, endpoint protection,
SIEM, DLP, IAM, and email security
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing coordination, and risk
assessments
• Investigate security incidents, coordinate response activities, and support incident
remediation
• Develop and maintain incident response plans, SOPs, and security policies
• Ensure compliance with cyber security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal
governance frameworks
• Work closely with infrastructure, application, ERP, cloud, and business teams to ensure
secure system implementation
• Monitor threat intelligence feeds and recommend proactive security measures
• Conduct periodic security audits and support external audit requirements
• Drive cyber security awareness initiatives and user training programs across the
organization
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning from a cyber security
perspective
• Prepare management reports and dashboards related to cyber security risks, incidents,
and compliance status
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology,
or a related field
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in cyber security operations and governance
• Proven experience in implementing and managing enterprise cyber security solutions
• Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, standards, and best practices such
as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and Zero Trust principles
• Hands on experience in network security, endpoint security, application security,
vulnerability management, and threat monitoring
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and managing security incidents
• Knowledge of cloud security concepts for platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS will
be an advantage
• Familiarity with ERP and enterprise application security environments will be preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities
